If cable companies control the data on their ‘pipes’, they lose Common Carrier status. If they lose Common carrier status, they are responsible for what gets posted on the internet. If they are responsible for what gets posted on the internet, they are legally responsible for ALL content(think bestiality and pedophilia) [...]
